Model 19 with new components

Hi

I would like to know if one could build a model 19 cabinet with new and different Altec components ? Would it sound the same or better?

Please see new components proposed on this picture.

My neighbor worked for Altec 20 years ago and had Webb Massy of Orange Ca. (who was making cabinets for Altec) make a set of Model 19 cabinets with 511 tops and thicker grills
So he put a set of 288 round caps and 515 base speakers, needless to say they sounded great but the 288's didnt seam to go as high as the 802's do

It would sound much different due to different horn patterns, XO required, and less LF output if no EQ is used to trade efficiency for BW.

Would that really be anything at all related to a "Model 19"? I would think it would be a completly different animal all together and in now way similar to a Model 19. Buy hey, what's in a name?
